On our first visit to 180 Lucinda Lane we knew instantly that this was the one! We immediately noticed the 3-car garage and workshop which would be perfect for the in-law unit we would build for my mom to live in. We were immediately drawn to the outside deck and backyard. We have hosted countless dinner parties, soccer team pasta feeds, birthday parties, Easter brunches, BBQ’s, pool parties and even a wedding. A lifetime of wonderful memories! When we designed the backyard landscaping our inspiration came from our love for the beach. We’ve spent our summers by the pool swimming relaxing, reading and teaching our children and grandchildren to swim. Our location on this horse-shoe shaped street is the best! There is an abundance of privacy and seclusion, yet we are so close to everything. We walked our daughter to Pleasant Hill Elementary just across the little bridge for six years. We still love hearing the children’s laughter and voices coming from the play- ground to this day. Just beyond the school is the bike and walking trail that’ll take you as far as you want to go. A great supermarket, pharmacy, our gym and other shops are located less than a half mile away. The dual master suites upstairs are beyond amazing: super spacious and full of light. The kitchen/family room combo is where we spent a majority of our time together. We love to cook, hosted many gatherings there, and when we needed to dress it up we entertained in the dining/living room area. We can’t say that we have a favorite one thing about our home, there are so many to list. We just hope the next buyers love it as much as we do.
